Order Processing Time
- Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 4-7 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Custom Orders: Custom and handmade items may require additional processing time. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for these orders.
Worldwide Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: $9.99 USD flat rate, delivery within 10-20 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: $14.99 USD flat rate, delivery within 7-14 business days.
- Free Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over $90. Delivery within 10-20 business days.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your location and any potential delays with the shipping carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Keyboard Kraft is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at keyboardkraft@outlook.com
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Lost Packages: If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will assist you in tracking down your package or provide a replacement if necessary.
